Common questions

Is InvestorJoint really free?

Yes — your first property is free, forever, for both investors and property managers. No credit card required to sign up, and your data isn't held hostage once you add a second property. We'll let you know before you're charged.

How much do the paid tiers cost per month?

It depends on which side you're on. Investors: $8 per property per month from your second property, self-serve up to 5 properties. Property managers: $60 per month plus $4 per property, starting from your second property. Enterprise (multi-client workspaces, branded portals, custom integrations) is quoted individually — contact hello@investorjoint.com.au with a quick description of your portfolio and we'll come back with a quote within one business day.

Can I import data from PropertyMe, Re-Leased, Console Cloud or Xero?

Yes. We support CSV import for transactions, leases and properties from any platform that can export them. For active migrations off PropertyMe, Re-Leased and Console Cloud we offer hands-on migration support — we'll do the import for you. Do my buyer's agent and accountant pay separately?

No. Your linked professionals (buyer's agent, mortgage broker, accountant, property manager) get their own login at no charge — they show up on your portfolio with scoped read or write access. The same applies in reverse: if a buyer's agency runs an Enterprise workspace, every linked client is included.

Is my data safe? Where is it stored?

All data — application, database, documents and backups — is stored in Australia. Encrypted in transit and at rest, nightly encrypted backups held tamper-proof, and per-tenant data isolation enforced at the query layer rather than per screen. See our Security page for the full picture.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Free tier is forever-free, so there's nothing to cancel. Pro and Enterprise are month-to-month with no lock-in — cancel anytime via the Settings page or by emailing us. You can export all your data to CSV at any time.
